Helle is a knife brand from the family-owned company Helle Fabrikker AS in Holmedal, Norway. A family business now in its third generation, built on the philosophy of honesty, hard work, and quality. Together with his brother Sigmund Helle, they have developed the Helle Norway brand into an international name since the 1950s. The production still uses machines from those early days, as the company takes great pride in maintaining and preserving them. This means that a quarter of the craftsmanship is still done by hand.
