CrushGrind Recess Tool

The CrushGrind tool is a new, adjustable gouge tool from CrushGrind, designed for precision work.

The tool is versatile and can be used for multiple types of grinding mechanisms, including CrushGrind Shaft, CrushGrind Wood, CrushGrind Mini, as well as for the installation of the stoppers. With the gouge tool, you can easily cut the necessary groove, ensuring that the grinder and stopper holder are securely mounted without the use of glue. The spring-loaded clips on the grinder and stopper must be correctly placed in the groove to prevent movement inside the grinder's outer housing.

The tool is easy to use - simply select your grinder type, adjust the rod, and tighten the wheel to achieve precise cutting.

The Groove Cutter measures 33 cm in length, with the handle accounting for 22 cm. It is made of M43 steel, which is a high-speed tool steel known for its wear resistance, toughness, and ability to retain hardness at high temperatures. This type of steel is often used for cutting tools that require high heat and wear resistance, such as drills and mills.
