Finial Mandrel Kit

The Rotur Finial Mandrel is a specialized tool that fits into the tailstock and provides support for the fine end of a workpiece. This allows you to turn to a very small diameter without the risk of the workpiece breaking or bending. The kit includes 3 Delrin inserts with holes of 3 mm, 4.5 mm, and 6 mm, which can be swapped depending on the size of the workpiece being turned. The inserts fit into the inner race of the mandrel body, which runs freely. The inserts can also be drilled out or modified to suit specific needs. Extra sets of inserts are also available (FIS1).
