Finishing Oil 500 ml - Chestnut

Finishing Oil is Chestnut's version of Danish Oil and uses Tung Oil as its base, but with the addition of solvents and drying agents. This helps to dry the product and accelerates it dramatically, allowing it to dry within approximately eight hours.
It has a pale amber color and dries to a hard, yet flexible film, which is highly resistant to wear and water.

Finishing Oil contains UV filters to protect the dried finish and the color of the wood underneath.

For a high-gloss finish, apply multiple coats with a light rubbing between coats; after 5 or 6 coats, a good shine should be visible.

Finishing Oil is usually applied with a cloth, but a brush can be used with great success on larger areas.
