Helle Sigmund - 105 mm

A high quality steel blade from Helle, Norway. 

This stainless steel was developed about 30 years ago, in a collaboration between Helle knife factory and a Norwegian specialized steelmaker. To this day, Helle is still the only manufacturer using this unique quality of steel, which consists of a high-density charcoal core, and is protected by side pieces in 18/8 steel - a nickel chromium steel with very high resistance to rust. 

This unique steel quality makes this blade sharp and enduring, and at the same time resistant to rust and damage.
