Knife Handle - Masur Birch - B Quality

Knife Handle, approx. 24x38x120 mm.

Masur Birch grow in northern Sweden, northern Norway, Finland and Russia. The tree came to be because of a genetic divergence in ordinary birch, and is probably the most commonly used shaft wood in the Nordic countries.

The wood is light in color with small streaks of brown. 

Used for wooden fences, furniture, artwork, etc.
