Properties of Alleima 12C27:

  • Hardness: Can be hardened to 54-61 HRC, depending on heat treatment.

  • Corrosion Resistance: Good rust resistance, suitable for both outdoor and kitchen knives.

  • Tempering: Typically at 175-200°C for 2x2 hours to adjust hardness and improve toughness.
