Mammoth Bone - Stabilized Handle

Mammoth Bone - Stabilized Handle

Mammoth bone stabilized by Raffir.
The mammoth bones date back to the last ice age - 10,000-40,000 years ago. The bones are stabilized with resin, making the fossils suitable for knife making, jewelry, etc.
The mammoth bones can be processed with regular tools and can be polished to a high shine. However, be aware that it can be slightly porous, so be careful when filing and sanding the edges or when drilling. The material should not get too hot when you're working on it. This can cause the tooth to break or split.

The block measures approximately 23x40x120 mm.

Note: There is only one of its kind, so you will receive the one shown in the picture.
