Opinel Knife No. 7 - Beechwood

Beechwood is the most commonly used wood for making Opinel handles. The colour varies from yellow to pink. It is characterised by the presence of may small dark lines.
There is a turnable lock ring on the handle, which makes the blade safe when unfolded.

The used carbon steel is extremely hard, ensuring extraordinarily high quality, wear resistance and easy resharpening. Carbon easily corrodes. We advice you keep it away from moisture environments and to wipe off and oil the blade after use.
The blade is 80 mm long.
