Opinel - Mushroom Knife + Sheath and Box

The perfect tool for picking mushroom and chanterelles.

The handle has a brush which allows you to easily brush off soil and dirt from the mushroom you just picked.

Beechwood is the most commonly used wood for making Opinel handles. The colour varies from yellow to pink. It is characterised by the presence of may small dark lines.
There is a turnable lock ring on the handle, which makes the blade safe when unfolded.

The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. Thanks to the added chrome, it is non-corrosive, and it does not require any special maintenance. The exceptional shine is a result of its carbon contents of at least 0.40%.
The blade is 80 mm long.

Delivered with a nice and practical leather sheath.

The knife is delivered in a nice wooden box with Plexiglass lid.
