This gouge is perfect for rounding square wood into a round shape and is therefore ideal for spindle work. As the name suggests, its fine point also allows for fine detailing on bowls and spindles.

It is NOT recommended to use this gouge for scraping cuts.

Made of M2 high-speed steel (HSS) with a hardness of 62 HRC.

Use a diamond file or a sharpening stone for sharpening on the top side. To achieve the best results and extend the life of the gouge, this simple procedure should be performed regularly in small intervals.
