The Professional Precision Adjust™ is a complete angle adjustable knife sharpening system that uses metal construction, a digital angle indicator and seven abrasive grains to bring rigidity, repeatability and precision to your knife sharpening needs. The sharpening angle is easily adjusted from 15° to 30° using a digital angle indicator to accurately and repeatedly set your sharpening angle. The 1" x 6" abrasives include a full range: 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 diamond grits, a ceramic grinding pad and a leather strap that polishes your edge to mirror sharpness. Abrasives are easily changed using a common handle, which includes a ceramic bar for sharpening serrations. The innovative V-Block Clamp™ quickly, safely and repeatedly secures your knife. The weighted base provides a safe and stable platform that allows the blade to be rotated without removing the blade or clamp. The included small knife table bracket allows you to sharpen small penknives down to an angle of 15°. 3 year warranty.
